📌 Job Title: Executive Director –

Distribution 📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 💼

Working Hours: 9 hours

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:-

Lead and manage the company’s distribution operations in line with strategic goals. Develop expansion strategies across all Egyptian governorates. Improve company performance through effective leadership of sales, marketing, and business development teams. Conduct market research and propose product development ideas. Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners. Represent the company in local and international exhibitions and conferences. Manage administrative challenges and submit regular reports to the Chairman.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:-

Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role (Distribution / FMCG). Bachelor’s degree (Commerce preferred, but not mandatory). Very good English. Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in the snacks/chips or FMCG sector is a strong advantage. 💰

• Net Salary: 40,000 EGP

• Commission

• Company car or car allowance

• Social & health insurance Previous achievements and successful projects in FMCG distribution Experience in competing companies (Chipsy, Egypt Foods – Fox) is preferred
