* Supporting the HR Manager in managing the employees and leading transition HR strategy to growth and people development including all aspects of recruiting (Blue & white collars), onboarding, social relations, training, retention, growth.
* Implementing and administrating all HR and Admin policies, procedures and processes in compliance with labor low.
* Supervising Employee Files, Social Insurance status, Employees attendance, Payroll.
* Managing, growing and developing the HR & Admin teams.
* Ensuring that HR practices are aligned with business needs and make recommendations to.
* HR leadership when changes are appropriate,
* Improving the performance of others by empowering a strong leadership and coaching culture.
*Handle Company recruitment process (Posting Ads, Screen, filter & conduct Phone or in person).
*Make appointments for interview with HR Manager.
*Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents.
*Other Tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in a same position in retail field.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent command of using MS office tools especially Excel.
. Worked on ERP System is a plus.
• Ability to deal with different age ranges and backgrounds.
Job type: Full time
Location: El-Nozha El-Gededa, Cairo.
Working Hours: 8hrs. from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 6 days per week, Friday off.
Contract, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, Warm environment and Business Line.
Salary: Negotiable.
