Human Resource Manager
Job purpose:
Our HR Manager will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from payroll to personnel and insurance duties and other functions. To perform well in this role, you should have experience as an HR manager in large companies
Qualifications & Education:
• B. Sc/BA degree in human resources management or any equivalent discipline.

• MBA/ HR certificate is a plus.
• Minimum of 15+ years of solid experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Must have experience handling more than 200 employees.
• A deep experience and knowledge of local labor laws.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• As high-level computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• English Business Fluency.
