• Developing, supporting, and monitoring departmental objectives towards the goal of achieving the annual Company Operating Plan
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
• Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Training purchasing team in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
Job Requirements
• Proven working experience as a Sourcing & Procurement Manager not less than 5 years
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity in “reading” the market.
• Professional in negotiations and networking
. • Strong numeracy and analytical skills on financial data including P&L.
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Results and solutions-oriented
