Job Summary
The AR Accountant will manage incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records. He/She will deliver monthly and quarterly reports on revenues while building customer relationships that tighten payment times through positive outreach
Job Description
Record and process accounts receivables and incoming collections in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.

Generate accounting statements and reports, sales commissions
Prepare client's contracts in coordination with legal and sales departments
Prepare client's checks and bank deposits.
Maintain client accounts, files, records, accounts receivable write-offs, and payment reversals.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance.
Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Utilize computerized accounting software programs to perform duties and responsibilities.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all collections are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
Provide monthly financial and management reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor in Accounting, finance, or relevant field
1–3 years of experience, preferably in FRA
Effective communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP financial systems
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Ability to multitask
Problem Solving
Great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
