Functional Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

• Responsible of the entire recruitment process from beginning to end.
• Responsible of payroll process full cycle.
· Fully aware of social insurance & labor law regulations.
• Managing related Employee benefits.
• Human Capital utilization and Training.
Required Knowledge and skills:
• Excellent analytical, planning, decision-making & organizing skills.
• Profound knowledge of people management principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with strong writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent in English: spoken & written.
• High self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
• High business acumen in dealing with middle managers up to decision-makers.
• Knowledge of leadership and management principles.
Educational/Professional Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant degree.
• Human Resource Certification.
• 7-10 Years Experience.
