Responsibilities:
• Post, Source and screen candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Partner with TA team to assist on ‘difficult to fill’ positions and talent pipeline.
• Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Update recruitment report for tracking purposes.
• Organizing Employer Branding events and career fairs.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Technical Skills:
Team Player; ability to support and lead to achieve common goals.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Problem solving: Proactive and resourceful in solving problems, offering innovative and practical solutions in dynamic environment.
Experience:
0-1 years of experience in HR field.
