Adamco pharm is now hiring “Admin Assistant”:

* Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).

* Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

* Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree at Business Administration.

* 1- 3 years’ experience in the secretarial field.

* October / Zayed residents are preferred.

* Excellent in English language.

* French language is preferred.

* Excellent MS Office computer skills.

* Effective communication skills.
